Needles Database Error

Question:

Needles will not open, getting a database error.

Answer:

If Needles will not launch due to a SQL Error, you can resolve the issue by performing the following steps:

Launch 32bit version of ODBC Data Sources

click on the System DSN tab
Select Needles (32 bit) and click Configure
Select Login tab
In the Host field, fill in "BE-NDLS01"

Select the ODBC tab and then click Test Connection

You should receive a "Connection Successful" message, you can then click OK > OK > OK
Needles should now launch without issue.
