Your Web Browser will open
and automatically start downloading the zoom launcher, once the download completes,
click on it to open it.
The Zoom client will install
and open automatically.
If you are the meeting host and you see the screen below, then you need to click on login in order to start the meeting.
Click on Sign in with SSO
In the Company Domain field, enter bracheichler and then click Continue
Your web browser will open to a Microsoft login screen
You will then be brought to a Microsoft Login screen, here you will need to enter your Full Username and then click Next
Your Full Username is your userid@bracheichler.com, your userid consists of 3 letters and 4 numbers
On the next screen, put in your password and click Sign in
On the next screen you are prompted to Stay signed in?
Click Yes, ONLY if you are on a trusted personal computer
Click No if you are accessing a computer that does not belong to you.
Once you have logged in, the meeting will start and you will be prompted for your Audio conference
Options
Select Phone Call, Computer Audio, or Call me
Phone Call - You dial into the meeting using the information displayed on the screen
Computer Audio - Your computers speakers and microphone will be used
Call Me - Put in your phone number and Zoom will call you at that number to connect you to the meeting Audio
Once you are in the meeting
you have the option to use your webcam or Share your screen so
participants can see what you see
Webcam - Click on Start Video to enable your Webcam
Share Screen - Click Share
Screen, then on the next window select which screen or window you want to
share and then click Share. Participants will now be able to see what you are doing on whichever screen you selected to Share.
