How can I remove comments and track changes from a document before sending it to someone via email?
Answer:
The first step should be to save the document as a new version in iManage. Once you have done that, you can turn off Track Changes, Accept all Changes, and Delete all Comments
To accept all changes in a document, click Review
In the Tracking section, click the lower half of the Accept button
Select the Accept all changes and Stop Tracking option
To remove all comments from a document, click Review
In the Comments section, click the lower half of the Delete button
Select Delete All Comments in Document
