You can flatten the PDF file to ensure none of the form elements are removed or changed.
When I send PDF forms via email, the recipient tells me that the form is blank.

You can flatten the PDF file to ensure none of the form elements are removed or changed.
Click on Advanced Processing > Flatten File and then accept the default prompts in the dialog box that opens. You can then save and send the PDF.
