unable to access prebills- don't see "T" drive (citrix files)

Question:

I don't see the Citrix Files T: Drive

Answer:

If you don't see the T: drive then the Citrix Files program is probably not running, you can start it manually by clicking on the Start button, start typing "Citrix" then click on the Citrix Files icon to launch it.  You should now see the T: drive.
