Accessing Conference Room Calendar

How can I access the Conference Room Calendar?

Answer:

The Conference Room Calendar t is located in Public folders in Outlook, please follow the steps below to access the calendar and add it to your favorites.

In Outlook, at the bottom of your folder list click the 3 dots to expand the Navigation Menu

Click on Folders

Scroll down your folder list until you see Public Folders

Click the arrow next to Public Folders to expand it, then expand All Public Folders as well

Scroll down until you see Roseland Conference Rooms Calendar and right click on it

Right Click on Roseland Conference Rooms Calendar and click Add to Favorites

Going forward you should now see Roseland Conference Rooms Calendar listed in your available Calendars in Outlook under Other Calendars
