BigHand Dication on Citrix

The use of BigHand via Citrix requires the installation of 2 additional pieces of software in order to allow for Audio Playback and use of a Foot pedal.  I will include links below if you wish to try downloading on your personal computer on your own, if you need assistance IT is happy to reach out to you and walk you through the process.  Please remember that you need to be logged out of Citrix first before proceeding with the steps below.

IMPORTANT:  The instructions below are for Windows based computers only.  If you use a Mac to connect to Citrix, you will NOT be able to use BigHand as the Audio driver will not connect properly.

1.       The Terminal Client Plug in for BigHand - https://bracheichler.sharefile.com/d-s0bd432dd6d840f89

a.       Download and run the installer file, click Next > Select Installed under Citrix ICA Connection and click Next > Next > Install > Finish

2.      BigHand VEC Drivers - https://bracheichler.sharefile.com/d-s5fcce7b93ee4e42a

a.       Download and run the installer file, Click Next > Next > Install > Finish

3.       If you did not bring a foot pedal home with you please let me know and I will see what arrangements can be made to get one to you.
