Error when Building Table of Authorities

If you receive the error message:

You can resolve this by removing the BA metadata from the document by opening it up and clicking on Best Authority > Tools > Remove BA Metadata

Leave the Default options and click OK

Now you should be able to generate the Table of Authorities from scratch as per usual.
